This auction includes Die Cast Toys, Including Die Cast Cars and Planes, Many are Banks. We have most every type covered. Liberty Classics, ERTL., 1st Gear, and Represented are Texaco, Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Dodge, Nascar, Citgo, Connoco, Exxon, Farmall, John Deere, Pennzoil, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Phillips 66, Mobil Oil, Gulf, Humble, Gilmore, Remmington, Sunoco, Signal, and all the best of the best. Most everyone of these are New and In original boxes. Reserves: Many of these have reserves. These are the rarest, some priceless and must have a reserve. Most others are started out where our bidders can have loads of fun bidding on the semi rare ones. Terms: Cash or Most Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Auction Method: Online Preview: By Appointment only (Call Amanda 903-238-6185 for appt) Bidding Period: thru July 19 - Begin to close at 7pm (Soft Close) Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. Pickup: day after auction closes from 10-4Pm. Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. Buyers Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee that will be assessed for any credit card that is declined for a purchase. Large Invoices: Auction company, at it's option may elect to charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash or Cashier's Check. Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. Condition: You are buying As is, Where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested any items. In addition if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. No warranty express or implied is offered. Please read carefully each description. We are not responsible for printed errors, including when our description doesnt match the print on box. We have made every effort to confirm each item is in its correct packaging, unless otherwise specified. Please read the box/packaging, and our print and make your determination. If you see issues or variances please report to us and do not bid. We will not accept claims in instances where the information was in the photos or description. Photos: Each photo taken was of the 1st item in which we opened the box, photographed and repackaged. Example: Lot 100 we would photograph, Lot 101A we would use the same photo but would verify the correct item was in the box, continuing for 101B, 101C, etc. Therefore lot 100 is an open box, and the A,B,C, Lot are usually, and in most cases, unopened. Shipping: Nationwide Shipping is available on some small items. We will add a minimum of $5 Handling fee to any shipping order + the cost of shipping. Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. Technology Issues: Bidders should be warned not to wait until the last minute to bid.
