If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 4pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees) * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash * Note: Some items may not be available for shipping * Shipping: (IWhen Available) Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation. * Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm .
